My partner and I got into a big argument when we were going through previous photos and she saw I kept pics of me and my exes, nothing NSFW but just places I had visited with these people.

I've always liked to keep photos for memories, I have no bad blood with these people and she knows that. I'm not in touch with them anymore nor do I wish I was, but it's my life in photographs and I want to keep that.

I can completely see it from her side, however I have been raised looking at photo albums of my parents and they always say "that was my boyfriend/ girlfriend at the time" and it's nice to get that glimpse into their life.
