This was via a text message.

She asked about Easter weekend, so I started talking about my family. She had mentioned multiple times she wasn't really in good standing with hers, but she never elaborated on anything. She actually moved very far away from them.

So, I asked if Holidays were odd for her, being away from family.

She said not really. She didn't have a good relationship with them, which I knew.

I then said "I do remember that part. If you ever need/ want to talk about it, I'm here. Certainly won't pry though". Then I mentioned how I'm not sure how I would feel about holidays without mine, even if I didn't get along with mine.

She then stops replying until the next days, and starts accusing me of judging her, saying that she thinks we may not be so similar Afterall. Radio silence ever since.

Did I do something wrong? I thought I was being supportive but I've clearly struck a nerve here. Am I over my head?

I've apologized a couple times but no response.
