A new kid stopped me when group therapy ended and asked for my phone number so they could talk to me outside of group for support. I politely declined, saying that we weren't technically allowed to have contact outside of group but the person did know that I have a group of friends from group therapy that I've known for years and been talking to through Instagram. I didn't feel comfortable for a stranger to rely on me mentally but I feel like an asshole since I let my group of friends rely on me. Kinda feel like I was two faced.
