So to start I am 25M and my MIL is 55F , I live with her, her husband, my wife and our two baby daughters. We’ve had some draining issues in our only bathtub, nothing crazy but the water would take a decent amount of time to drain after someone showers. My MIL has tirelessly tried different things to solve this problem for us. She ended up using a snake clog remover and removed a significant amount of blockage from the drain and it helped our shower immensely. To further prevent this issue from happening, she placed a hair blocker right at the drain. I did not know this, so when I shaved my extremely hairy balls, the hair did not end up going down the drain like usual and stockpiled right at the hair blocker. I did not have much time to myself, as I spent most of my time at home with my twin daughters to see my wife and help give her a break. This was a time where I decided to take some time for myself and tend to some self care that was needed. Once I was done I just wanted to go back to my daughters and wife, so I did not end up cleaning my ball hair. It wasn’t long before my MIL noticed there was a significant amount of short hairs caught in the blocker. It was an absolute dilemma in our household, my MIL asked my wife if I had given myself a Brazilian. To save me from embarrassment, my wife insisted that I had not showered and it must’ve come up from the drain after my MIL unclogged it. My wife acted like it was a complete shock & there was still a problem with out drain that my MIL had finally fixed. They knew it wasn’t my father in law as he only trimmed his beard and only in the bathroom sink. My MIL then proceeded to clean up my freshly shaven ball hair, and checked the drain once more only to find nothing. She is clueless as to why it happened and why it hasn’t happened again. My wife told me about my MIL’s questions about the surprise hair and how she lied for me as it was happening and there was nothing I could do but laugh, but looking back I think I might be the asshole.
