Me (m25) and my best friend (now roommate)(m24) have been boys for 6 years now, but we have had some tension for a while about something that he does pretty often, which is goon, to hentai. We always go back and forth about his habit, but he always makes it political by bringing up the fact that I “hate the shit he watches because it is made by liberals and I’m a trump supporter”, I may affiliate with that side of government, but hentai is toxic for your brain and I just can’t stand him wasting his life away on the screen, not because I support trump. He is unemployed and is not in the least bit attractive to girls, so I figured that his hentai addiction was based on the fact that he gets no bitches, never sees real women, and the fact that he has no money. One day I took it upon myself to get him out of the house, so while he was sleeping early for “work” (gooning), I took his credit card and signed him up for the LA fitness near my house and even got him a card to sign in with. When he woke up, he was pissed about how I went and got him a membership behind his back and won’t give him the password to the account to cancel it, but I told him that if he worked out consistently or got a girlfriend I would give him the account. Instead of just going to the gym, this self righteous “physically perfect” individual decided to start messaging my girlfriend and asking her to hook up so that he could get out of doing the right thing.

Now I am conflicted about keeping our friendship intact, or booting him from the house. This was the guy I was supposed to make a bag with, our dynamic duo, but now because of his habits I am forced into this situation. Please help me out here Reddit, y’all are never wrong.
