I know this title is horrible but hear me out. He is a houseman for the hotel I like him well enough but sometimes he doesn't understand stuff like a comforter he brings a sheet. Today I was holding stuff up and saying the English word for it. On the request of my Gm as I work Evenings with him You know like holding a down pillow and saying feather pillow, he would Repeat it then I would say other stuff like shower towel, hand towel, ect and then asking him to grab me the feather pillow. Just to make sure he understood. He then started saying the Spanish words for those items and I would repeat it back. Then he started saying speak Spanish speak Spanish. 20 words my name say 20 words in Spanish. I said no and moved on with quizzing him on items names in English. He wouldn't do it anymore he kept repeating 20 words in Spanish. So finally, I said he needed to speak English.

WITAH for insisting he speak English If I was wouldn't he be the ass hole for telling me to speak Spanish?
