So I haven’t said anything yet. But I’ve spoken to a few of my friends about it

My friend is BOB. Me and Bob are around the same age. He knows my family. I know his. He lives down the block. Our parents are from the same country. Known him for 20 years now

We’re drinkers. And although we calm down a lot. We still have a few crazy nights here and there. We frequent a spot where alotta Latinos go to. Like Latinos Latinos. I don’t speak English Latinos. Immigrants. Illegals. And asylum seekers. Refugees.

This place is pretty gritty. Drugs everywhere. Fights. Whores.

One of the bartenders caught all our eyes. She’s beautiful, Colombian girl. Let’s call her Janet.

Bob is on it. Gets her number. Double dates. More dates. Meets the girls child. Yes child. No dad. Around the holidays she starts coming to his house and that’s it. She’s stays. Is there everyday. The kid too.

He proposes to her. It’s only been a few months. I know she’s drop dead gorgeous but he doesn’t know her. Nobody does. Apparently she has to leave the country by the summer. They’re ready to lock this in.

He says he’s really doing this because he feels bad. She has nobody here. Just her child.

My friend just got divorced btw. That marriage was also kinda the same thing. A pretty girl and slept over one day and never left. Married under a year.

Idk if I should even say something

Before he met this girl he was saying he wants someone with a masters like him. Going places. No kids. And now he’s changing his whole plan over a pretty face.

After his divorce he started to rent his home. But now he’s gonna move in that house. We both live in our parents house in uncomfortable situations. I asked him. We should live in his house. Me him and another friend. Pay rent to him. He said no. Doesn’t wanna mix friends and money. But now he’s gonna move in and marry this random girl

I see them together. She’s nice and sweet to him. But idk. Anyone can love bomb. Especially girls.

Also wanna add she’s a solid 10. And me and him are like 5’s lol on a good day
