This is writen from the perspective of my coworker, in the words he used:

My coworker has very low tollerance, if I come to close she will go crying to the boss, that she doesn't like that. When I give her a compliment, she goes crying to our boss.

I have never met a female who doesn't like a compliment, she has very low tolerance, and always acts mad when I try to have a talk with her. I am very nice. I would never slap her on her butt, NEVER! I am only giving a compliment.

Edit. I send this link to my coworker, and I think he finally understands. He said he is sorry, and will respect the basis boundries that I ask, aka personal space, not saying things like I have a great ass.
