Me and this friend have been friends for 2 years, she's amazing and I'm really grateful for our friendship. We argue sometimes over things like one of us is being dry, or other silly things. She has a lot of stuff going on and I try my best to help her though I am not the best at comforting people.
Recently when she has been getting mad at me she has told me to fuck off, which upsets me, I've tried to communicate this with her and she says that she just said things that "come to the top of her head"
(Some more context: she has some issues with anger, she's going to therapy for that)
It happened again today. I went to go play some games with another friend for a few hours and I came back and me and her talked for a bit. She then told me that I was "acting different" so I asked her to explain to me how and why she thinks this way. She told me to read up through our messages (which I did, and I didn't find anything that would show that I was acting different). So I told her to further explain this as I was confused, but she didn't and started saying "okay" to everything I said.
I then told her that I can't talk to her if she is just going to give one worded answers to everything I say, then she told me to fuck off. I asked her why she just told me to fuck off and why she wasn't giving me an explanation on why I was acting different. She then told me that she told me to fuck off because I was acting different. (I still haven't got an explanation on how)
I told her that it's not okay to tell me to fuck off just because some of the things you say is coming from the top of your head/out of control. I explained to her how its okay to say things out of control sometimes but its not an excuse to be rude
I hate when me and her argue and I feel like a total asshole, because she said she can't control it, but I think she can.
