I 17 yr old go to a k12 school and have encountered and became friends with freshman’s my friend 14yr has a boyfriend that she met back in 2022 she was 12 at the time of meeting him my other friend 18yr old I’ll call her V me and V were in class talking about the fact that my friend 14 yr old were gonna call her K is dating a 21 year old and catfishing him and lying to him about her appearance and age and so she came up with the idea to tell him because we know his social media so when she asked if we should tell him we agreed so then a week goes by I call my friend V and ask her if she wants to tell him she says yes immediately so we contact him on instagram and once we did that we told him the situation my friend V didn’t think the situation through because he starts asking what my friend K looks like showing her face would put her in danger because this man is mentally ill and could do something to her and he also knows where she lives so we ended up blocking him once we did K texts me telling me that V just texted her boyfriend though me and K are not close due to the age gap K and my little sister are best friends so I tell my friend V that K just texted me so I tell my friend V I’ll handle it and I go and call K and basically K asks me to help her convince her boyfriend that she’s not a catfish and a liar so out of sympathy I talk to him and it gets resolved for some reason my friend V starts feeling guilty about telling K boyfriend because apparently it was not her place to tell because I had to lie to K basically saying that I didn’t know V told him that now V has now been giving off weird energy about the whole situation so I decided to tell K the truth once I tell K the truth we’re okay and cool then K texts V basically cursing her out saying that she’s weird and unjust because she had no business telling her boyfriend that then because V is apparently overwhelmed and is saying that I apparently manipulated her into doing it when it was her idea from the start goes and tells my cousin and her best friend then cousin and best friend are ganging up on me in a FaceTime call basically saying that I am weird and that they would never do something like that to their friend mind you me and this girl are not that close because of how far apart we are in age so it’s just didn’t make sense to me why am I getting harassed on FaceTime when it wasn’t my idea I was just involved so I want to know AITAH
