My husband and I have been together 4 years. He has a very close relationship with his mom which I’ve always been fine with. But he also goes into detail with her about our marriage issues and our life. Of course, she always sides with him. She never gives him any advice such as we should work as a team. She just makes snarky remarks about me. I feel betrayed and isolated in my own marriage and sometimes even bullied. She has also made up things or exaggerated the truth to start arguments between us. When I discuss this with him he just always throws in my face that it’s his mom and that’s the only person he can really trust.
