My wife usually experiences severe pain when she has her period. But she often complains about it, in my opinion, a little too much. I constantly have to listen to her complain about how bad her pain is. Today, when she came over to me to complain, I respectfully told her, “hey I’m so sorry you’re in pain, but can you tell me about it a little less because it’s affecting me negatively.” She got very upset and said it hurt her feelings, and thought it was outrages for a husband to tell his wife that he is getting annoyed by her pain complaints.
