I have a toddler and I’m the primary caretaker since my husband is living far off. He occasionally visits us. I have kept some ground rules for my toddler like no screen time , so junk food etc. But whenever my husband visits us, he tends to not respect these rules and give him ice creams and all , even when I tell him not to . His way of parenting is very different from mine . I’m not sure which one is the right way, but since I’m the one who is looking after the kid , don’t you think i should decide the rules and others should follow them ?
