I started talking to a really attractive guy and we had awesome chemistry for a couple of weeks online. He was hilarious/witty and really caring and told me he was making it exclusive. But eventually he came clean that those were pictures of him from years ago… then sent pictures that look nothing like the other ones.

He’s called me on it, that I don’t interact with him anymore after he gave me the pictures and asked if I think he’s ugly. I feel awful because he’s so kind, but I’ve just completely lost interest. He’s not ugly, I’m just not feeling any physical attraction to the new pictures. I alluded to it just saying that it was the deceit that made me lose interest (but that I know a lot of people do this on dating sites). He keeps messaging me wanting me to give him a chance on a date. I just know there would be zero chemistry like there was…which I feel sad for him about, since I know he was really excited about the possibilities too.
