My ex (19m) is friends with this guy we'll call him Jeff (19m). Jeff and I (19f) used to date before me and my most recent ex. Jeff and I kinda lost contact for a few years and recently reconnected.

For context my ex and I broke up in October after 2 years. And my relationship with Jeff was about 4 years ago. My ex and I don't really talk anymore.

At first Jeff and I were just talking and hanging out. We didn't want to do anything sexual at first because they're still friends and neither of us were comfortable with that (my ex was my first and used me until he decided to be done with me while I was going through a cancer scare).

Jeff and I have been talking since December. We started cuddling last month. Nothing sexual. But a couple weeks ago we slept together. It hasn't happened since but Jeff and I have talked about it and we might start dating again. We have plans to hookup again soon. I don't know if should feel bad for a guy (my ex) who left me when I was going through a cancer scare and blamed my mental illness for our break up.
