Hi!!!!!! The other day I was at my local library doing returns and picking up books we had on hold. I was getting the books from the correct shelf (they are alphabetically organized by last name). I had all the books with my family's last name. Then, before checking out, a librarian comes up to me. I have had problems in the past with this specific librarian for record. She accuses me of stealing the books even though I had the exact same paper with the exact last name on the paper for each book. I tried to explain these books were for all family members, including myself. She accuses me of lying because she's seen me do it before. She is now threatening to ban me from all library locations because of this. She will not listen to me and the other librarians can't help cause she is the head librarian.

EDIT: To clarify, most of my family was sick except for me which is why I went to pick up the books. I also had everyones library card as well
