AITAH for quiting my job at a CBD and Hemp store? Recently my boss has been slacking on major duties like keeping product in the store. Most people just leave when they notice things aren't in stock. I try to sell them the product and get my boss to order the product. I don't have access to ordering inventory because we aren't trusted with their money. I was also told to sell expired product from the back. I am not supposed to have expired product on display but I am supposed to tell the customers in hopes they will buy the expired stuff the back. Another few notes is that my boss waits for the weekend to make the schedule for Monday. I am also supposed to be on call and sometimes. Sometimes I am awaken at midnight to cover a shifts. Those shifts usually being my bosses' shifts. They like to call out and leave early and I am always the one they call. Even if it is 1am the day of.

All of that aside, I got a message from them. They was tired of the hemp smell in the store. They said no one should be smelling like hemp. Even though some customers hit their vapes in store to make sure the carts are not broken. (our carts are almost always broken)

TLDR: Boss thinks their hemp store shouldn't smell like hemp. It sends the wrong message.
