📝 WIBTA if I asked my friend if I could clean their house?

So every now and then our friends host a Warhammer game at their house and it struck me the last time we were over just how unkempt their house is, there's piles of dog hair, dirt and dust everywhere, there's a corner chair by the window that has a pile of dirt from an overhanging plant that's been there since CHRISTMAS beside it, it's April. You can't even see through their kitchen window bc of the residue on it. I can't fault them for the dog hair, they have 2 but it boggles my mind that they don't even dust or run a broom across the floor before people come over, I also noticed a smell immediately when I walk in that could only be described as "the farm" which is a very specific smell from my childhood that my sister has described as "mildew and cat pee" except ther has never been a cat within the residents.. so I ask... would I be the asshole if I asked if I could clean their house. The last time we were there my 5 year old said the hosue was dusty and stinks and told our friend's wife her kitchen sink stinks and she was really offended but in his defense he IS 5 and at nose level with the sink. Cleaning is one of my most favorite things in life and I really would hate to offend them.

Edit to add: Im talking COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE TOO.
