Hi all , My (30F) boyfriend (30M) had an discussion over me comparing him to my relatives and requested him to switch job and get his package increased, so that nobody points at him for his less package as he has 8lakh package currently. I feel terrible for comparing him to others , where I don’t mind his salary because I trust him and his future plans , but I don’t want anyone to degrade him over his salary.That was my genuine concern. Did I ruin my relationship with him? How should I apologise to him. I also feel bad because he is not understanding my concern towards him. He felt I was rude which I agree and ended up relationship saying your thoughts can cause issue in future. I have already apologised for my behaviour. And told him I wont bring this up in future but he thinks otherwise. Please advice.
