Hello all can't give a full backstory but after a messy year of custody issues we are 50/50.

we just found out via court record search(promted by one of the kids seeing someone getting arrested on the side of the road and shared about his recent experience with the cops the previous weekend) that the moms boyfriend got high before leaving to pick up the kids and ended up getting pulled over and arrested for possession paraphernalia and owi with the kids in the car. The mother was in the passenger seat and knew he had smoked. She didn't see an issue with it.

Aitah for wanting to get the courts involved and try for full custody?
