So me (26f )and my boyfriend (30m) have been together for a year and a half , and because of the state of economy In our country, he wants to move and start a career elsewhere, and then once he's settled he would get back and we'd get married and settle there, the issue is that i know for sure that my parents would never accept, and it has been killing me , he decided on this a month ago and I haven't been well since , I shared my concerns but I just told him that they might not accept so as to not put him down , I don't want to be a burden but am so heartbroken and idk how long I can keep this from him , I need advice I don't have anyone but him to talk things over with but I don't want to say anything to him because I don't want to put him down , I don't want him to give up his dream just because of my parents , when I told him he said I should work hard on convincing them buy he is not aware of the severity of the situation , my question is what should I do ?AiTA
