Should i be mad at my girlfriend? I recently found out that my girlfriend answered a couple of calls from her ex. I don’t think anything serious or inappropriate was said, but there was still communication between them, which caught me off guard.

I’m not necessarily blaming her — we’re all human. Honestly, if my ex called me, I might pick up out of curiosity too. That doesn’t mean I don’t love my girlfriend. I guess what’s really bothering me is that if the situation were reversed, I feel like I probably wouldn’t still have a girlfriend. She’s brought up concerns in the past about me not sharing things with her (even though, to be clear, nothing has actually happened on my end).

To add to it, a few days ago we ran into her ex while we were out. I know their history was really toxic, and I have a strong feeling he’s going to try to reach out again.

So yeah... I’m feeling a mix of confusion and frustration, and I’m not exactly sure how to approach this.
