Once I was told that “I talk too much about myself” so I decided start to talking exclusively about other people. Here’s what I did- when I was working one of my coworkers put spyware on my phone and started trafficking it out others. They made it obvious- anytime I made an online purchase it would be the “talk of the office” and everyone seemed to know my personal business and would start up conversations about my life with information they should not know. I started an online “rage journal” on the notes app on my iphone and told my colleagues everything I hated about them, their complete lack of personal space, plus all the gossip other people said about them. Most of my leadership at work (health insurance company) were involved with a massive whistleblower fraud and kickback ring so I blogged about that, too. It caused quite the stir, and I ended up with a DARPA issued torture device the US government normally reserved for terrorists had placed during surgery, and billons of dollars worth of homes purchased under my name because my employer had copies of my identity paperwork. Am I the asshole?
