📝 WIBTA For threatening to quit?

For context, I work at a restaurant with a section dedicated to the ice cream we serve. I am the person who serves ice cream, makes milkshakes, etc. For simplicity's sake I'll refer to it as Ryan's.

We have the dining room, which is the domain for bussers. I am marked down officially on the schedule to work at Ryan's, from "11am-Close". There's not an end hour, it LITERALLY just says the word close. That being said, we close to the public at 2pm, where we begin closing tasks. Most of the time I'm done around 2:30-2:45, and I have other things to do. But my boss keeps telling me I'm supposed to stay until 3:30 like everyone else, even if everything else is done.

For reference, most of the time they expect me to help the bussers throughout the whole day that I work as well, and despite knowing that I am literally marked down only to work at Ryan's, they want me to stay for an extra hour to help out — after I've finished my closing tasks AND already helped out during the day. The owners and my boss (the manager) are family friends and I don't want to cause drama, but I literally cannot work that long. I know I may sound spoiled or something, but I am disabled and I cannot physically or mentally keep up with the expectations.

It was never explicitly stated in my contract that I would stay until this long, and I'm literally getting minimum wage.

TLDR: Manager wants me to work two jobs at the restaurant I work at while serving customers, and demands that I stay an extra hour everyday.
