📝 WIBTAH For not paying my mother back for a mistake I made?

I’ll try to keep it concise!

My mother rang me and asked if I could order a pizza for her, I said yes. She wanted Pizza Hut, so I googled Pizza Hut and made the order with money she had sent me for the pizza. My mistake was not being observant because I managed to press Papa Johns instead, I only noticed once the payment had been made because I recognised the order tracker.

I made her aware of my mistake and apologised and she got really angry, which is understandable considering she ‘doesn’t like papa johns’, but she was talking to me like dirt on the bottom of her shoe. I asked her if she could not speak to me that way and she continued so I left the call after apologising one last time.

Afterwards, she sends me a text to say she wants the money back. I understand why she’d not want to lose out on the money for a pizza that wasn’t from the place she wanted, and that it was MY mistake, however she could’ve asked me to cancel it and get a refund.

I also really didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to after a simple mistake and got blamed for googling the website instead of going directly through a text message they’d sent, which I think is the main reason I don’t feel comfortable giving her the money.

WIBTAH for not giving her back? Thanks in advance
